09b Terms and Conditions

09b (also known as the "Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 09b website and all related services. Address Verification Documents

• Utility bill (electricity, gas or water) — issued within the last three months

09b reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. If documents are not submitted within 7 working days, the account may be temporarily closed.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is in place, wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
• The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be made while one is already being processed.

Withdrawal times may increase due to technical issues, banking delays or verification requirements. 09b is not liable in such cases.

09b offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers apply with their own terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 must be made.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

VIP Cashback Program

09b's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on the player's activity and contributions. Contact the support team for details on the criteria for tier changes.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings earned using bonuses are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• 09b reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• Accounts may be cancelled in cases of bonus abuse.

All betting and gaming activities on the 09b platform are conducted in accordance with the following rules.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed and the event has started, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, 09b reserves the right to make a decision regarding that bet.
• In live betting, if delayed or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void.
• Betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA, various leagues), kabaddi and other sports.

Casino Games

• All games are technically tested to ensure fair play.
• If a game stops midway due to a technical issue, bets for incomplete rounds will be refunded.
• Each game's own rules apply and can be seen in the game interface.

Payout of Winnings

• All winnings are automatically credited to the account.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, 09b reserves the right to correct that amount.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 09b platform and will result in account cancellation if they occur:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account with false or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse or strategic betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses (arbitrage betting).
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

Closed at the User's Request

You can request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. All active bets must be settled and your balance must be withdrawn before closure.

Suspended or Cancelled by 09b

09b may suspend or cancel an account in the following situations:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit verification documents.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than one year).
• Self-exclusion activated at the user's own request.

Inactive Account Policy

An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. Users will be notified in advance by email.

09b is not responsible for the following:

• Interruptions to a game or betting session due to loss of internet connection.
• Delayed transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Losses resulting from sharing an account password with someone else.
